A cleaner home. A better experience.

Thoughtful house washing and pressure washing, with clear communication and care for your property.

Owner-led Method matched to the surface Walkthrough before & after
Services

Two services. One careful approach.

Every property gets a look before we choose a method — so your home gets the right treatment, not a one-size-fits-all setting.

Service 01

House Washing

A low-pressure soft wash for siding and exterior walls. It lifts algae, mildew, and built-up grime while respecting paint, trim, and finishes.

  • Vinyl siding and painted exteriors
  • Brick and stucco
  • Homes that call for a gentler touch than high pressure

If a surface isn’t a good candidate, we’ll tell you clearly.

Service 02

Pressure Washing

Targeted pressure washing for durable hard surfaces, where a stronger rinse is the right fit for the material and its condition.

  • Driveways and concrete pads
  • Walkways and patios
  • Decks and other surfaces, case by case

Pressure washing removes a lot — but it isn’t a magic eraser for every stain.

Surface care

The right method for every surface

Different materials need different treatment. Here’s how we generally approach the most common exterior surfaces.

Soft wash

Vinyl siding

Low pressure and the right cleaning solution to lift growth without forcing water behind panels.

Soft wash

Brick

A gentle approach that cleans the face of the brick while protecting mortar joints.

Soft wash

Stucco

Textured finishes are cleaned with care — never blasted at close range.

Pressure wash

Concrete & driveways

Durable concrete can take a stronger rinse to clear surface soil and buildup.

Pressure wash

Patios & walkways

Pavers and walkways are cleaned with pressure suited to the material and joints.

Case by case

Wood decks

Wood is evaluated first — pressure and technique depend on its age and condition.

Final method is always confirmed after we see your property.

A note from the owner

You’re trusting someone with the outside of your home.

That’s a bigger decision than most people admit. It isn’t just dirty siding — it’s the first thing you see when you pull in.

I started Seamless House Wash because that trust deserves the right equipment, clear communication, and respect for the whole visit — not just a quick wash and a goodbye.

Before we washed a single home, I spent months in the shop building our wash setup, outfitting the truck, and thinking through exactly how it should feel to hire us. That’s the standard every job is held to.

FAQ

Good questions, honest answers

What’s the difference between house washing and pressure washing?

House washing uses a low-pressure soft-wash approach suited to siding and wall surfaces. Pressure washing uses higher pressure and is aimed at durable hard surfaces like concrete. The right method depends on the material and its condition.

Will you soft wash or pressure wash my home?

We evaluate first. Most siding and wall surfaces are better served by soft washing; some hard surfaces are better candidates for pressure washing. If something isn’t a good fit, we’ll tell you rather than force it.

How do estimates work?

Send a few details and photos of your home and what you’d like cleaned. We follow up to clarify anything we need and give you pricing. Final scope is confirmed once we understand the property.

Do you serve my area?

Include your town or address in your estimate request and we’ll confirm right away whether your home is in our service area.

What should I do to prepare?

You’ll receive simple prep notes with your booking — usually clearing access to work areas, closing windows, and letting us know about anything fragile.

Is the process safe for my plants, pets, and paint?

We plan every job around your landscaping, belongings, and finishes, and we talk through sensitive areas during the walkthrough. Let us know about specific concerns up front so we can plan for them.

Who shows up at my house?

You’ll know in advance. You get an on-the-way message with the name of who you’ll meet, and we start every job with a walkthrough.

Do I need to be home?

We recommend being there for the walkthrough at the start so we can go over your priorities together. Let us know if that’s difficult and we’ll work out a plan.
